School Presentations

Laurel's passion for teaching began at age 5 when she set up her bedroom as a classroom and "taught" her stuffies and dolls all that she was learning in kindergarten.

Laurel's work history included volunteering in preschools and public schools, working as a day camp counsellor and eventually attending Brock University where she received her B.A. in Child Studies.

Laurel went back to school when her own children were young, graduating with her Adult Teaching Certificate from Sheridan College.
