Crazy For Crystals™ is a unique, pre-recorded program and workbook for kids ages 7 - 11 that focuses on using crystals to support children's wellness - mind, body and spirit.

The core values include:

• Promoting whole child wellness – mind, body and spirit

• Encouraging self-reliant learning

• Fostering resiliency in times of stress

• Discovering new ways to support family, friends and the planet

  Each pre-recorded session is approximately 15 minutes long with OMWork™ assignments complimented by the activities in the workbook!

 

Meditating Munchkins™ introduces children ages 4 – 6 to the worlds of Mindfulness and Meditation in a gentle, loving and welcoming manner.

The core values include:

• Teaching resiliency strategies

• Building empathy toward self, others and the planet

• Igniting imagination through play-based activities

  Kids learn the fundamentals of meditation so that they can better support themselves mind, body and spirit! Each pre-recorded session is approximately 15 minutes long with OMWork™ assignments complimented by the activities in the workbook! Parents and siblings are encouraged to participate!
