For over 20 years, Laurel has been guiding children, youth and adults on their Meditation Journey. Her voice brings comfort, peace and calm that SO many of us are seeking. 

The Research is clear. Regular Meditation as a tool for creating Mindful space in our lives is necessary for improved health and well-being.

Program Format

4 classes per month are delivered right to your inbox every Sunday evening to enjoy at your leisure!

Your Meditation subscription is only $35 per month (CAD) and each class is channeled by Laurel and unique to the group's needs! 

These classes are suitable for people ages 3 - 103!
