For over 20 years, Laurel has been guiding children, youth and adults on their Meditation Journey. Her voice brings comfort, peace and calm that SO many of us are seeking.

The Research is clear. Regular Meditation as a tool for creating Mindful space in our lives is necessary for improved health and well-being.

Program Format

Join Laurel every Monday from 7:00 - 7:45 am EST for a channeled meditation for purposeful relaxation and visualization to support personal well-being.
​
Classes are $10 per session or $35 per month payable prior to the class. Each session will be recorded and the link to the audio file will be sent after class to those registered. Pricing is in CAD.
​
Classes that fall on holiday Monday's will be pre-recorded and delivered via email.
